  • Think twice before clicking on links or opening attachments.
  • Verify requests for private information.
  • Protect your passwords.
  • Protect your stuff! Lock it up or take it with you.
  • Keep your devices, browsers and apps up to date.
  • Back up critical files.
  • Delete sensitive information when it’s nolonger needed.
  • If it’s suspicious, report it!

  • Encrypt and password-protect your computer and all devices
  • Connect securely - avoid free Wifi and use a VPN
  • If you are going abroad, the computer you take should contain minimum information, i.e. not a regualr work computer
  • Don't leave your device unattended - keep them with you
  • Wait to get home before posting photos or comments about your trip to social networking sites
